Week 4 Start 'Em Sit 'Em: Peyton Hillis and 4 Players You Must Start
Each week in fantasy football there is at least one player on your team that is a tough choice on whether to start him or sit him.
It could be the ultimate factor in whether you win or lose, so choosing wisely is imperative.
With that in mind, here are four players you must start in Week 4.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Peyton Hillis (vs. Tennessee Titans)
Okay, so the Tennessee Titans have a solid defense in both rushing and passing. Therefore, why is Peyton Hillis a must start?
Because he gives the Cleveland Browns much needed dynamism on their offense.
Quarterback Colt McCoy is gradually getting better and is their future under center.
However, last week fellow running back Montario Hardesty had a solid game against the Miami Dolphins, and with Brandon Jackson out, Hillis and Hardesty are a solid one-two punch in the Browns' backfield.
In Week 1, Tennessee allowed Jacksonville's Maurice Jones-Drew to gain 97 yards, and although MJD is one of the league's best backs, he's the Jags' only legit offensive threat.
Cleveland has more weapons, is gaining confidence, and will pick up the pace even more now that Hillis is back.
Now, he's not going to get you 20 points, but Hillis will give you a solid 10- to 15-point performance.
Cam Newton (at Chicago Bears)
Those who started Cam Newton last week had every right to be disappointed, as he came nowhere close to his numbers in Weeks 1 and 2.
However, he goes up against a vulnerable Chicago Bears' defense in Week 4. Although he's not going to hit over 400, there's a decent possibility Newton nears 300.
Right now the Bears are lacking confidence after two straight losses, while the Panthers have been playing with nothing but hope all season.
Newton's going to put up nice numbers. Don't be surprised if he outplays Chicago's Jay Cutler.
Julio Jones (at Seattle Seahawks)
It's uncertain as to how healthy Falcons wide receiver Roddy White is going to be in Week 4. Regardless, rookie receiver Julio Jones should have a breakout performance.
The Seahawks have an underrated defense, but with tight end Tony Gonzalez being quarterback Matt Ryan's favorite target in the red zone, Jones should be left in man coverage.
In addition, White has received the most targets outside the red zone, so expect Seattle to double him up as much as possible.
Jones has yet to score a touchdown in his rookie campaign, but that changes this week because Ryan should look for him early on to keep the Seahawks' D honest.
Julio will hit some new highs this week, but the scariest part is that he's only going to get better.
Tony Romo (vs. Detroit Lions)
Of the players mentioned, Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo may be the most surprising inclusion after his fantasy numbers from Week 3.
However, even though wide receiver Miles Austin is expected to be out, Dez Bryant is just a little more healthy—as is Romo—and the Lions have yet to face a passing offense like Dallas'.
Last week the Redskins gameplan was practically perfect. Still, it was the Cowboys shooting themselves in the foot that kept Washington in the game throughout.
This week Romo and the 'Boys will have buffed out those rough spots, and although Detroit will win in Texas, Tony will play much better this time around and get coach Jason Garrett's offense back on track.
