NFL Power Rankings Week 4: Which Teams Are Worst in NFC?
After examining the worst teams in the AFC, it's time to tackle the worst the NFC has to offer. Honestly, this is almost as easy to figure out.
The Minnesota Vikings traded for Donovan McNabb because they thought they had a roster capable of winning now. Clearly the front office was misguided in that assumption. The Vikings are currently 0-3 after losses to the San Diego Chargers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions.
While their schedule hasn't helped things, neither has the Vikings' passing offense. McNabb leads and aerial attack that ranks 29th in the NFL and averages just 143 yards per game. Meanwhile, running back Adrian Peterson and Minnesota's running game is getting the job done, racking up 159 yards per game (third in the NFL).

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Despite their success on the ground, the Vikings are scoring just 20 points per game.
The Vikings may eventually turn things around. Any team with Peterson on offense and a guy like Jared Allen leading the defense should never be completely counted out. But so far this year, the Vikings have played like one of the NFC's worst teams.
While I could see Minnesota eventually turning things around, I have no such hope for the Seattle Seahawks. Though Pete Carroll's team somehow eked out a 13-10 win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3, you'd have a hard time convincing anyone they aren't one of the worst teams in the NFL.
While Seattle's defense has been above average, laughably incompetent quarterback Tarvaris Jackson leads the NFL's 31st-ranked offense, which averages just 214.7 total yards per game. Jackson commands a passing attack that averages just 142.3 yards per game (30th in the league), and running back Marshawn Lynch heads a rushing attack that sits 29th in the NFL, averaging just 72.3 yards per game.
The Seahawks have scored just 30 points this season, and despite the return of receiver Sidney Rice, no one should expect things to get any better this year. Seattle currently has to be one of the favorites in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes, as their defense can't possibly hold up all season with their offensive counterparts not moving the ball.
