NFL Picks Week 4: Which Home Teams Are Sure to Lose?
Three NFL teams thinking they will benefit from some form of home field advantage this week will be sorely disappointed after they find themselves losing in front of their hometown crowds.
The Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars all host games this Sunday, and I don't believe any of them will emerge victorious.
The Cowboys take on the undefeated Detroit Lions this Sunday. While Dallas quarterback Tony Romo has proven that he can play through the pain of his broken rib, he was limited by more than just the injury in his team's Week 3, six field-goal win over the Washington Redskins.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
His center, Phil Costa, botched four snaps and wide receiver Kevin Ogletree repeatedly ran wrong routes. Both will be on the field against the Lions, who have one of the fiercest defenses against the pass in the entire NFL.
At the same time, Detroit also boast an explosive offense that I believe will leave the Cowboys defense outmatched. I don't see Dallas pulling out a win this week against the superior Lions.
The Bengals host another undefeated squad, the Buffalo Bills, and will find themselves similarly overwhelmed.
Cincinnati has neither a defense capable of stopping the Bills' multifaceted offensive attack nor an offense that can match them score for score.
Their only saving grace is running back Cedric Benson. The Bills do sit in the middle of the pack in terms of rush defense, but knowing that the Bengals will rely so much on the back should allow the team to devise a strategy to stop him.
The same can be said for the Jacksonville Jaguars, who take on the New Orleans Saints.
Other than running back Maurice Jones-Drew, the Jaguars have little offense to speak of behind rookie quarterback Blaine Gabbert.
While Jones-Drew is a versatile player, adept at the run and the pass, the Saints have numerous weapons at their disposal to stop him. Their defensive statistics have suffered after facing difficult teams with solid run games, but that doesn't mean they will struggle against the lowly Jaguars.
The Jacksonville defense is ill-equipped to stop the myriad of weapons at the Saints offense's disposal, setting the team up for a blowout loss at home.
