NFL Power Rankings: Which Teams Are Underperforming Most?
It's unfortunate that this happens, but each year there are those teams that underperform and begin to really frustrate their fans.
And although we're only three weeks in to the 2011 NFL season, the following three teams haven't lived up to the hype so far this year.
Hint: They're all in the NFC.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Philadelphia Eagles
Right now the Eagles are 1-2 and dealing with a not-100-percent QB in Michael Vick.
You could almost see the fall coming when Philadelphia played St. Louis in Week 1.
The Eagles got off to a slow start in that game, but eventually came back and won because they were simply much more talented than the Rams.
However, Week 2 was a humbling loss to the Atlanta Falcons on the road, and although Vick wasn't 100 percent heading into Week 3, it was for certain that the Eagles would beat the Giants at home.
After all, New York had previously lost to the Washington Redskins in Week 1 and they were suppose to be at the bottom of the NFC.
Well, the Giants weren't taken as seriously as they should have been, and ultimately dropped Philly to 1-2.
Week 4 though, is going to be the gut-check game for Vick and company as the confident San Francisco 49ers invade The City of Brotherly Love.
If Philly wins, great, because they're back on track, but a loss would be completely disheartening to a team with such great individual talent.
Chicago Bears
Make no mistake about it, the Chicago Bears are a solid football team and should be in the playoff race by season's end.
Only problem is, they're simply underachieving.
In Week 1, the defense kept the high-powered Atlanta Falcons offense from reaching the end zone, but then when the Bears faced football's two best teams in Green Bay and New Orleans, they didn't show up.
The Saints put up 30 in The Superdome, and that loss seemed to drop their confidence, which carried over into the Green Bay game at home.
This week, the Bears have their third home game in four weeks and desperately need a win over the Carolina Panthers.
On paper the Bears are the better team, but unless they start playing like the 2010 NFC North Division Champions, it's going to be one disappointing season.
Arizona Cardinals
They went out and got a solid QB in Kevin Kolb, and acquired a very reliable TE in Todd Heap. They still have arguably the game's best WR in Larry Fitzgerald, and have some good defensive players in DBs Adrian Wilson, Kerry Rhodes, rookie Patrick Peterson, as well as LB Joey Porter and DL Darnell Dockett.
However, despite the Cardinals' improvements on both sides of the ball, they only have a 1-2 record to show for it.
Not to mention the 13-10 loss on the road in Seattle was almost the deal-breaker, as it was a big divisional game early on.
In Week 4 though, the Cardinals play host to the New York Giants who are rolling on cloud nine after beating the Eagles in Philadelphia.
A loss here doesn't completely ruin the season for Arizona as they are in arguably the NFL's weakest division.
However, it does shake their confidence, because that would put them on a three-game losing streak after barely winning in Week 1.
