NFL Power Rankings Week 4: Which Teams Have Fallen Most Since Week 3?

Chris TrapassoJun 1, 2018

The NFL power rankings are constantly changing, and they were bound for some shifting after an unpredictable Week 3.

Following their crushing defeats, these teams deservedly fell the most in his week's rankings.

Washington Redskins

I was high on the Redskins entering Week 4 because I like how they mixed run and pass and were getting after the quarterback on defense.

Then, the old Rex Grossman reared his head against the Cowboys.

Tim Hightower was ineffective running behind the zone blocking scheme and Trent Williams, like most tackles do, had a rough time slowing down the terrorizing DeMarcus Ware.

A lot of their issues were exposed by Dallas, but they still had a chance to win late.

I would like to see more electricity on offense before they move up again.

New York Jets

I thought the Jets prided themselves on defense and stopping the run?

This was not the case in the Black Hole against Darren McFadden and Co. in Week 3.

Mark Sanchez actually threw for 300-plus with two touchdowns, but the defense surprisingly let the Jets down.

McFadden was unstoppable, and the overall team speed Oakland possesses proved to be too much for New York to handle.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Sure, they won on Sunday Night Football in Week 3, but it wasn't pretty.

The pesky Colts defense made life miserable for Ben Roethlisberger, and their offense was potent on the ground.

Joseph Addai ran for 86 yards on 17 carries and Indianapolis' offensive line held their own in terms of running the football.

The Steelers are still a good team, but they have to patch things up on their offensive front and in their running game.
