Whatever injury he may have had obviously isn't killing him and he has his team ahead of the Dolphins, 13-10, at half.

CBSSports is reporting that Philip Rivers is not listed on the injury report.
""A report surfaced earlier in the week stating Rivers has been playing through some discomfort in his sternum, but he was not listed on the injury report this week. That means he should be fine to play and looks to have a great matchup in Week 4."
"
Antonio Gates could miss some significant time with a foot injury, while No. 2 receiver Malcom Floyd has played through a groin injury. The Chargers now worry about Rivers, who is still feeling the effects of a big hit from Week 2 according to The San Diego Union-Tribune,
"Actually, 17’s playing through some discomfort, still feeling the effects of an illegal helmet to the sternum in New England. Conversely, Rivers is appreciative of the fact that McMichael has brought his own stability to a position where the availability of plantar-pained Antonio Gates often is a game-day decision.
"
What does this mean for your fantasy team?
After a lackluster performance against the Kansas City Chiefs, fantasy owners might have started to worry about Rivers, but they shouldn't.
After two embarrassing performances to start the season, the Chiefs were due to play a bit better against a division rival. With Gates out of the lineup, and Floyd hobbling around, expectations should have been tamed for the fantasy stud.
The Miami Dolphins head to town in Week 4, which will be quite a gift for Rivers' fantasy owners. The Dolphins currently give up the third-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this year, so expect a big week out of the star QB.
Don't freak out over one poor performance from Rivers. He is one of the best quarterbacks in the league for a reason, and without a doubt one of the toughest. He will fight through the pain of any injury to help his team win.
Rivers is going to have a huge season, and will have himself a monstrous Week 4.
