NFL Power Rankings Week 4: Miami Dolphins and 5 Teams Due to Fall Even Further
There are a lot of teams in the NFL that have struggled out of the gate this season. Some will get better. Others won't.
That's just how it is. And for the teams that seem to be particularly hopeless, the only thing they can do is take it one game at a time. If they're lucky, they'll steal a few wins before the season is over.
But Week 4 is a tough week for the teams at the bottom of the barrel. Several teams have dire mismatches on their hands, which essentially means things are only going to get worse.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
There are five teams in particular that I think are just plain doomed to lose. And when they do, I'm going to have no choice but to knock them down a few pegs when I do my Week 5 Power Rankings.
Denver Broncos (No. 22)
Admittedly, I probably have the Broncos overranked a little this week. I must have unwittingly given them bonus points for refusing to start Tim Tebow for a third straight week.
At any rate, the Broncos should be much lower when I refresh my rankings in Week 5. They have to take on the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field this weekend, which just isn't a happy prospect at all.
And no, Tebow won't save them.
Jacksonville Jaguars (No. 25)
Last week's game against the Carolina Panthers was the perfect scenario for Blaine Gabbert's first NFL start. It was at home, and it was against a sub-par team.
Gabbert is not going to be so lucky in Week 4. He and the Jags will still be at home, but they'll have to take on the New Orleans Saints and their NFC-best offense.
There are ways for the Jags to win this game. I just don't know what they are.
Cincinnati Bengals (No. 26)
I was optimistic about the Bengals after their Week 1 win over the Cleveland Browns. Then they lost to the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers, and my optimism went away.
Up next is a home tilt against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. These would be the same Bills who are 3-0 and are coming off a win over the New England Patriots.
Yeah, they should be able to beat the Bengals.
Miami Dolphins (No. 27)
The Dolphins are an absolute wreck, and one thing they could use right now is a matchup against a similarly weak opponent.
That's not what they have in store for them, as they have to travel to San Diego to take on the Chargers on Sunday. The Chargers have made things interesting in the early goings this season, but they have the kind of offense that could feast on the Dolphins much like the Patriots were going to be able to do in Week 1.
If you're a Dolphins fan, the feast will not be a pretty sight to behold.
Indianapolis Colts (No. 31)
You have to give the Colts credit for the way they played on Sunday night. That said, the fact that we can even think to give the Colts a pat on the back for a loss feels pretty weird given what we're used to from them.
At this point, the Colts can't move down much further in my power rankings. But because I think the Kansas City Chiefs have a good chance to escape the bottom of my rankings with a win over the Minnesota Vikings, there's a good chance the No. 32 spot will be vacant.
I have a feeling the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to put the Colts there on Monday night.
