Week 4 Waiver Wire: Victor Cruz and Other Bargains Available in Most Leagues
We can't all be lucky enough to wear designer jeans and purchase the finest wines and most exotic food. Sometimes you have to cut corners. The same goes for fantasy football.
There isn't one fantasy football owner that couldn't use a little talent infusion from the depths of the waiver wire. It's now time to dig through the bottom of the barrel to find all the studs that nobody wanted.
There is simply too much talent going to waste on the waiver wire. Those with an injured stud are much too quick to complain.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The answer is out there. You just have to be prepared to do a little digging.
1. Victor Cruz: Eli Manning has Hakeem Nicks to throw the ball to. After that, there is a long chasm to the next receiver.
We thought Mario Manningham was going to step up as the No. 2 this season. That has proved to be a fanciful tale which will never come true.
On Sunday, Victor Cruz showed the poise and strength to be a star. Well, at the very least a receiver that gets a lot of touches in this offense. He's 11 percent owned in Yahoo! leagues.
2. Jason Campbell: Wah, my quarterback is hurt! Wah, there are no good arms out there! It's time to stop the whining and start the signing.
Campbell gets a favorable matchup in Week 4. The Raiders and their high-octane offense take on a soft Patriots secondary. If there was ever a time to try out the Raiders QB, it's this week. Campbell is 17 percent owned in Yahoo! leagues.
3. Rex Grossman: The Redskins quarterback has been a blessing for Washington fans. Granted, he will want to forget the showing against the Cowboys on Monday, but better days are on the horizon.
Grossman gets the St. Louis Rams on Sunday, which essentially guarantees that he'll put up monster numbers. He's 29 percent owned in Yahoo! leagues.
