Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Play: Over 55
This is by far the highest over/under of the week, yet it is the one I am most confident will go over. These two teams have been obliterating the over/under all season.
The only game of the six that was close to not going over was the Raiders opener against the Broncos—and half of that game was played in a monsoon.
Neither of these teams' defenses matches up well with the other's offense. The Raiders are struggling mightily against quick strike-passing offenses (see Bills game Week 2).
The Patriots are 32nd in passing yards allowed per game and 21st in yards allowed per rush.
These two teams are going to score points in bunches and I expect a total in the 60s.
San Francisco 49ers at Philadelphia Eagles
Play: 49ers plus-7.5
The Eagles are reeling. Michael Vick is taking hits left and right as his offensive line crumbles in pass protection. The defense is giving up easy yards on the ground, which is letting the opposition sustain drives and put up points.
The Eagles are running the ball very well and defending the pass well.
However, that is not a recipe for success against the 49ers. San Francisco is really good at one thing: They can stop the run. They are third in the NFL, allowing just 66.7 rushing yards per game.
They will want to use the run to drive this offense. They haven't had much success with that, but they will be going against a weak rush defense. I like the 49ers to hang close in this one. This game will be decided by less than a touchdown.
New York Jets at Baltimore Ravens
Play: Ravens minus-3.5
The Jets defense was exposed against the Raiders. They have a slow front seven, and a team with a physical offensive line can seal off the edge to open up running lanes.
The Ravens can do just that. As they showed against Pittsburgh in Week 1, they can dominate physical, but slow fronts.
Offensively, the Jets have little hope to move the ball against the Ravens. Their offensive line is in shambles and the run game is almost a non-factor.
The Ravens will put pressure on Sanchez and force him into mistakes.
This will be the second consecutive double-digit loss for the Jets.
