IMPACT Wrestling: 7 Reasons to Watch This Thursday's HUGE Broadcast
If you thought the past two weeks of IMPACT were good, then you've got another thing coming.
This coming edition of IMPACT (Sept. 29) looks to be loaded with action.
Why should you tune in this Thursday? I'm going to provide several answers to that question in hopes of changing the minds of those doubters out there.
This IMPACT should definitely set the stage for on of the best Bound For Glory pay-per-view events ever, in my opinion.
Final Queens' Qualifier
1 of 9Velvet Sky and Mickie James have earned their rightful spots in the four-way Knockouts Championship match at Bound For Glory.
This week, the final competitor will be named.
Madison Rayne vs. Tara.
These women have some history with each other. Madison ended Tara's career, brought her back into TNA this time as her assistant/slave. Tara turned on Madison on pay-per-view and cost her the Knockouts title against Mickie James.
These two former accomplices will go to war with the winner being granted a chance at the Knockouts title on the biggest stage IMPACT has to offer: Bound For Glory.
He's Back!
2 of 9About two weeks prior to No Surrender, BFG Series leader, Crimson, was taken out of action at the hands of "The Samoa Submission Machine" Samoa Joe.
Crimson is looking to come back and even the score with his former rival, Samoa Joe.
You could say that Joe costed Crimson a chance at a World title and the BFG Series.
What impact will Crimson have in his return?
Sting Has an Announcement Involving Fortune
3 of 9"The Icon" is said to have to "get something off his chest" and wants to speak directly to the members of Fortune.
What's Sting have to say to some of IMPACT Wrestling's top homegrown talent?
Hogan's Bombshell
4 of 9Hulk Hogan has promised to drop a bombshell. Hogan has a major announcement in mind.
Weeks prior to his BFG match against Sting, what's Hogan have to say?
If this announcement is half the size of his ego, it should be a "bombshell."
Jeff Hardy
5 of 9The past couple of weeks, we've seen guys like AJ Styles, Matt Morgan and Kurt Angle put Hardy in his place for his actions at Victory Road.
Hardy is trying to earn a second chance and a shot at redemption but everyone is still looking down on him.
After getting denied another chance by Kurt Angle, what's Hardy have to do to prove himself?
X Division
6 of 9Now it starts to get good.
A five man ladder match amongst X Division talent is planned for this Thursday.
Brian Kendrick, Alex Shelley, Zema Ion, Jesse Sorensen and Kid Kash all have a chance to earn a number one contender spot against Austin Aries for the X Division title at Bound For Glory.
Watching the high-flying, daredevils of IMPACT Wrestling fight in a Ladder match with a number one contenders spot on the line should be fun to watch.
(Let's go Zema Ion or Shelley!)
Bobby Roode vs. AJ Styles
7 of 9Kurt Angle's plan continues as Bobby Roode faces yet another member of Fortune. This time, it's former World Champion, AJ Styles.
Roode and AJ should have an awesome match. This is an inner-Fortune match everyone wants to see.
It should also be interesting to see if/how Christopher Daniels will effect this match following his brawl with AJ last week.
Quick Re-Cap
8 of 9So, why should you watch IMPACT this Thursday?
- The Queens' Qualifier will come to an end
- Crimson is back
- Sting's announcement towards Fortune
- Hogan has a big announcement
- Hardy's attempt at redemption
- 5-man X Division Ladder match: Kendrick vs. Shelley vs. Ion vs. Sorensen vs. Kash
- Bobby Roode vs. AJ Styles
- Much more hype towards BFG
Also expect to see some tensions rise between Mr. Anderson, Bully Ray, RVD and Jerry Lynn. Last week, we've seen the return of Ink Inc in an attack on current Tag Champions, Mexican America.
Hopefully we'll get something with the TV title, right?!
