Liverpool vs Wolverhampton: Reds Desperate for Victory Following Loss to Spurs
Liverpool have started the season with just two wins through their first five games, and have not looked very impressive to this point in the year.
One of their wins came against a struggling Arsenal team, and they were blown out by Tottenham in their last outing.
They currently sit in eighth place behind teams like Newcastle United, Stoke City, Aston Villa and Everton.

Things are bad at Anfield right now, and if they don't improve quickly, the Reds could be in a heap of trouble.
The Reds have a golden opportunity today to get back into things with a victory over Wolverhampton. The Wolves and Reds both enter the match with the same record, but with Liverpool playing at home, they have a distinct advantage.
A loss to the Wolves at home would be disastrous for Liverpool.
The good news for Liverpool is that Steven Gerrard is expected to make his return to the starting 11 for this match.
However, Liverpool still has to worry about Andy Carroll. He was excluded from the lineup against Brighton in the Carling Cup, but Kenny Dalgish has made it known that Carroll will still be an everyday starter throughout the season.
Carroll has been questioned for both his lack of form and his lack of fitness. He appears to wear down as the match goes along, and hasn't done anything for the score sheet this year.
This is a huge game for Liverpool, and if they lose, who knows what will happen next at Anfield.
