How is Mick Foley Still Alive?

He may not have been the best "wrestler" in the business, but it's safe to say that nobody did it like Mick Foley. No one took a chair shot like Foley, no one hit the ground harder than Foley and no one absorbed a beating quite like Foley.

Whether it was Mankind, Cactus Jack, Dude Love or just plain Mick Foley, there will never be another one.

So in honor of the most hardcore performer in the industry, here is a list of Foley's greatest incidents. After going through this list, it'll leave you thinking...how is Mick Foley still alive? 

Bombarded with Chairs

After finishing their matchup, Mick Foley and Terry Funk were attacked by Public Enemy. Foley and Funk subsequently diffused the interference and decided to ask the fans for some help.

The two gestured to the ECW faithful for a couple of chairs, however, received a bit more than what they bargained for.

In one of the greatest moments in ECW history, Foley and Funk are just about drowned in a sea of chairs.

Speared Through a Burning Table

Foley faced off against Edge at WrestleMania 22 in a hardcore match. To nobody's surprise, the two put on a hell of a show. In fact, it was probably the most entertaining match on the card that night.

The high point of the matchup came when Edge speared Foley off the outside and into a burning table. In the words of Joey Styles...OH MY GOD!!!

Thrown Through a Cell

I really can't say more than what the title of this slide already does, so enjoy.

Again, the title for this incident says it all. But this time, it's courtesy of Triple H and something else besides the cell breaks.

Driven into Thumbtacks

Getting driven into hundreds of little thumbtacks is one thing. But when you go through them face first, that's a completely different ball game.

I mean, there's so much that can go wrong. A tack can go in your eye, in your throat, and maybe even in your unmentionable area.

Anyway, that's what happened to Foley when Triple H pedigreed him right through thumbtacks.

Here's another pedigree to Foley. This time it's straight through an announcer's table.

And just as the last slide, the fact that Foley does it face down makes it incredible. We always see guys go through the tables, but how many really go face first?

Got Caught in the Ropes and Lost an Ear

What has millions of fans, three personalities and one ear? That's right, it's Mick Foley.

Here's how that one ear thing came about.

In a match with Vader, Foley gets accidentally caught up in the ropes. The pressure of the ropes tangled around his head was so great, that it was enough to tear off his right ear and partially damage his left one.

Part of his right ear was iced and his left required 12 stitches. Foley loses his ear at the 7:25 spot and you can see the referee pick it up at 8:15.

Tossed off a Cell

What would any kind of Mick Foley list be without this? 

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the most incredible, spectacular and hardcore moment in Foley's career. Hell, it's probably the most hardcore moment in the history of the WWE.

Undertaker, Foley, cell...you know the rest.

The outstanding thing about this is that Foley was also thrown through the cell in the very same match, as detailed in the earlier slide.
