Beanie Wells Not Playing Sunday?
Fantasy Owners and Cardinals fans may want to close their eyes.
Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells, who is having a great start to his year with 90 yards in each game, was injured with an apparent hamstring injury. Azcentral.com reported that Wells missed a portion of practice on Thursday and was listed on the injury report.
We all have questions about this injury, but Coach Whisenhunt wasn't available for comment on Thursday, and probably won't discuss it much at all. This could be a game-time decision as far as Well's availability for Sunday's divisional game at the Seattle Seahawks.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
How does this affect the Cardinals running game for Sunday's game? Let's look at the options they have.
LaRod Stephens-Howling is hurt with a wrist injury that will limit him, and perhaps prohibit him from playing for the second straight Sunday.
Chester Taylor was picked up as an insurance back for the depleted running back core that took a hit when rookie Ryan Williams suffered a season ending injury in camp. Taylor has some age on him, but still is a serviceable back that could pick up the load if Beanie can't go.
Alfonso Smith is also available, but has very little game experience. He could still provide a little spark if given the opportunity.
This has to be a little disconcerting, knowing Beanie Wells' history of injuries.
If Wells can't go, it could make Kevin Kolb's job a little tougher. Even though Seattle has been downright atrocious in their first two games, they always play well at home, and always provide a tough test for the Cardinals. So you can rest assured Pete Carroll is watching this situation very closely.
And so will the Cardinals.
