Fantasy Football Week 3 Rankings: Ranking the 5 Riskiest QB Plays
By now not all, but some fantasy football players have been searching through the waiver wire to find an additional QB for their lineup.
It happens to everyone at some point, because whether your guy is injured or just not playing well, sometimes even trusting that backup is tough.
Therefore, to help rid yourself of that headache caused by deciding on which QB to play, here are the Top 5 riskiest of Week 3.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
5. Kyle Orton, Denver Broncos (vs Tennessee Titans)
Last season, Broncos QB Kyle Orton had a nice 341-yard, two-TD day against the Tennessee Titans.
This season however, will be much more of a challenge, as the Titans rank No. 3 in pass defense (allow only 172 ypg), and even though WR Brandon Lloyd is expected to be back, he most likely won't be 100 percent.
Also, WR Eddie Royal is expected to be out, and, although Eric Decker stepped up big last week, he now has to prove that on a consistent basis.
4. Michael Vick, Philadelphia Eagles (vs New York Giants)
For starters, it's uncertain if Mike Vick will take the field on Sunday, but even if he does, it's a fantasy football conundrum.
Yes, he's immensely talented, and is very capable of torching the Giants' defense, however, he won't be 100 percent if he does suit up, and that's when opposing defenses really can take advantage.
It's also a tough decision for Philly, as it's their first divisional game of the year.
3. Sam Bradford, St. Louis Rams (vs Baltimore Ravens)
Even though the Ravens (much like the Packers) have been under-performing in the pass defense, you can't help but know that they'll turn it up at some point.
Well, that happens this week as Rams QB Sam Bradford gets his first look at Ray Lewis and Ed Reed.
Now yes, Bradford did play even better in Week 2 against the Giants, but then again, Redskins QB Rex Grossman also slashed the Giants' pass defense.
Bradford won't play terribly, but in terms of fantasy, it won't be pretty.
2. Tony Romo/Jon Kitna, Dallas Cowboys (vs Washington Redskins)
Regardless of which one gets the call in Week 3, it's a tough decision in letting either one of these guys get the start.
If Romo plays, he obviously won't be 100 percent, and Jon Kitna usually takes a couple of weeks to get into a rhythm, although he can be solid once locked in.
That said, the Redskins have a "better than advertised" defense and WR Miles Austin will be out.
1. Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears (vs Green Bay Packers)
Although the Packers have been susceptible in their pass defense, we know they'll significantly improve sooner than later.
And with that in mind, Bears QB Jay Cutler is a total risk, because in three games versus Green Bay in 2010 he only threw one TD to four interceptions.
In addition, his average pass yards per game was only 156.3, and the Bears only managed an average of 12.3 points.
