Malcom Floyd is listed as doubtful, according to Susanna M. del Campo. This injury shouldn't keep the Chargers from attaining a victory over the Chiefs this week, but a nagging groin injury could rear its head beyond Week 3. Unfortunately, Rotoworld is reporting today that Floyd's status for Sunday's game is greatly in doubt.
Do yourself a favor and keep Floyd on the bench. Yes, the potential payoff is huge, but that's not an injury that he's likely to come back from.
When reading an injury report, questionable is a frustrating term. That's way too ambiguous to give any real advice on, especially early in the week.
But when you see the word "doubt," keep the person on your bench. Especially early in the season in a game that the team should win big anyway, they will not take any chances. Neither should you.
Receiver is a deep position. Even if Floyd plays, his time will be limited. Rivers will certainly not target when he has a lot of other receiving options to throw the ball to.

So don’t take that chance.
If Floyd plays, his production just won’t be strong enough for you to seriously regret leaving him on the bench.
Later in the year, I wouldn't be this bold. Even with the word doubt involved in his status, Floyd would be far more likely to tough through a bad injury.
But a groin injury will keep Floyd on the bench. If it doesn't, it's hard to imagine the production being too high.
Keep him on your bench. There are plenty of options elsewhere. You don't want a zero from a big points position.
