You only have so much time to put in waiver-wire claims before somebody else in the league picks them up first. After two weeks of action, it’s clear these three receivers are more than worth a roster spot.

Eric Decker, Denver Broncos

After dealing with foot injuries for the majority of his rookie season, Decker has exploded onto the scene in his second year.

He had 53 yards and a punt return for a TD in Week 1 and followed that up with an even better performance of 113 yards and two TDs in Week 2.

The Minnesota alum has great speed out of the slot and can catch balls in traffic. QB Kyle Orton showed a ton of faith in the 24-year-old by throwing him a jump ball that could have easily been picked off by the Bengals at a crucial moment on Sunday.

Decker made the catch and ran it into the end zone for a 52-yard TD.

Right now Decker is available in almost 94 percent of all ESPN leagues.

Jerome Simpson, Cincinnati Bengals

Drops are still an issue for Simpson, but it’s clear he’s QB Andy Dalton’s second option on every passing play behind only AJ Green.

The speedster ripped off an 84-yard catch last week en route to an eye-popping 136 yards. He is picking up right where he left off from a year ago when he dominated the last two weeks of the season once Chad Ochocinco and T.O. were out for the year.

With the way QB Andy Dalton looked against the Broncos, don’t be afraid of the “Red Rifle.” He is going to be a better-than-average QB in this league.

A 1,000-yard season is certainly in the realm of possibilities for Simpson. Right now he is available in about half of all ESPN leagues.

Kevin Ogletree, Dallas Cowboys

With Miles Austin likely to be out until October and Dez Bryant still a question mark, somebody has to catch passes for the Cowboys.

He had 50 yards receiving against a tough 49ers secondary on Sunday and will only get more targets in the near future.

This guy won’t be winning you the league in Week 15, but right now he is a great flex option that is available in virtually 99 percent of leagues.
