NFL Picks Week 3: Which Underdogs Have Golden Chances?

It is never easy making picks in the NFL each week, but in Week 3 a few teams have golden opportunities to come away with a victory.

A few underdogs have a real shot to get a big win, especially a few of the clubs that have yet to get into the win column. 

The Carolina Panthers have been very competitive in their first two games, but have fallen short in crunch time. 

Cam Newton exceeded expectations in his first two games and should be able to slice through a poor Jaguars secondary. 

They're playing at home and I see them getting off the schnide this week against Jacksonville. 

The Dolphins are on the road against the Browns, but that's actually a good thing. 

Miami has lost 11 of 12 at home so traveling to Cleveland should give Dolphins fans some hope entering this one. 

The offense wasn't as effective against the Texans in Week 2 as they were against the Patriots in Week 1, but Daniel Thomas exploded onto the scene with over 100 yards against Houston. 

The Dolphins' defense is built to stop power running backs like Peyton Hillis, so this is their chance. 

Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Bills will have their hands full against Tom Brady and the Patriots, but they are getting New England at the best possible time. 

Yes, No. 12 will be amazing as usual, but the Pats defense has been torched in both of their first two games and could be without three defensive backs. 

It looks like star tight end Aaron Hernandez will be sidelined with a sprained MCL. 

We could be in for another shootout inside the rockin' Ralph. 

These teams aren't locks to win on Sunday, but they have a fighting chance.
