Rams vs. Giants: Rams Prove They Are Not Quite Ready for Prime Time
It was all set up so perfectly—Monday night was going to be a night of debuts.
Ashton Kutcher was going to debut as Charlie Sheen's replacement on the popular TV show Two and a Half Men and the St. Louis Rams were going to debut as a force to be reckoned with in the NFC against the Giants on Monday Night Football.
One of those things happened, and I'll give you a hint. Ashton Kutcher was on TV tonight.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That's right. The Rams fell flat and showed that they aren't quite ready to be contenders in the NFC.
Of course, they're still very much contenders to make the playoffs, but that's the easy part. The NFC West is the weakest division the NFL. Beating out the Cardinals, Seahawks and 49ers to get to the playoffs isn't a great feat.
Many, myself included, were just expecting so much more from the Rams this season. They looked like a team ready to break out.
Sam Bradford, Steven Jackson and Danny Amendola make a great offensive nucleus.
The problem is that Jackson and Amendola missed the Monday night game and Sam Bradford is dealing with numbness in a finger he injured in Week 1.
They can't expect to win many games if those three are going to be battling injuries all season.
Defensively, they show promise, but they have given up 31 and 28 points, respectively, so far this season. That can't happen if this team is going to be successful.
Their struggles in a big game like this Monday night game against the Giants prove that there is more to winning than just talent. You have to learn how to win.
Learning how to win is a funny thing. No one can tell you exactly what it takes or how long it will take to learn how to win, but almost anyone can tell you whether or not a team knows how to win.
Right now, the Rams are simply a team that doesn't know how to win.
