NFL Scores Week 2: Which 0-2 Teams Are in Serious Trouble?
The Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs and Seattle Seahawks are in the lead for the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. All three teams have looked terrible, and need some big changes in order to rebound. The troubles appear to be on both sides of the football. Things could change, but in the early going, things don't look promising.
The Colts have an excuse, as they are missing Peyton Manning. The loss of Manning has severely hindered the production of the offense. Kerry Collins has been unable to make enough plays to keep things competitive.
The most noticeable result of Manning's injury is the struggles of the defense.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Colts defense has a history of not being able to stop the run, but they have also struggled against the pass. The problems are magnified because they are spending more time on the field.
Manning would keep the offense on the field, allowing the defense to rest. Now, Collins is leading a lot of three-and-outs. This puts the defense on the field with little rest. A tired defense will be less effective than a rested defense.
Kansas City has suffered back-to-back blowout losses. An injury to Jamaal Charles has added more problems for an already-struggling unit. Matt Cassel appears to be regressing, throwing three interceptions today. With the loss of Charles, Cassel will need to improve his play or he might end up getting replaced by Andrew Luck.
The majority will point to Tarvaris Jackson as the root of Seattle's problems. However, the truth is that Jackson has done everything asked of him. He has been efficient, while limiting his mistakes. The problem is he isn't making enough big plays.
Today, Jackson had 20 completions for only 152 yards, an average of 5.5 yards per completion. That isn't enough to win games in the NFL.
It's still early, but there isn't much hope in Indianapolis, Kansas City or Seattle.
