NFL Picks Week 2: Why Eagles Will Soar Past Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons are looking for revenge, and they aren’t going to get it.
Michael Vick makes his long awaited return to the Georgia Dome on Sunday night, and you can expect a very mixed reaction from the Atlanta crowd.
Vick is going to dominate once all of the pregame B.S. is in the rearview mirror.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He excels in domes and has the extra motivation of beating his former team in the city that loved him for years. In Week 1, he struggled throwing the ball, yet still put up over 30 points on a decent Rams defense.
The “dream team” looked great right out of the gate, and there is little reason to think there won’t be more of the same his week. WR DeSean Jackson will smoke an average Falcons secondary, and RB LeSean McCoy will find the holes and gash the front four for at least 2-3 big runs.
Atlanta is playing three of its next five games at the Georgia Dome, where Ryan is a sizzling 20-2 in his career during the regular season. That’s the one silver lining for the Falcons.
QB Matt Ryan was a huge disappointment in Week 1 as he seemed uncomfortable in the pocket and wasn’t on the same page with his top two receivers Roddy White and Julio Jones.
Expect the Eagles secondary to really limit the ability of the Falcons to stretch the field and get the explosive plays that the offense relies upon so heavily.
With the pressure mounting, I expect Ryan to start forcing poor throws and turnovers will follow.
The spread for the game is the Eagles -2.5 according to Bodog, and I think the Eagles take this one by 10.
Prediction: Eagles 34 Falcons 24.
