NFL Predictions Week 2: Which Players Will Post Monster Primetime Stats?
Tonight's matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons is set to be one of the most exciting games of Week 2. Both teams boast some of the biggest playmakers in the NFL, and it marks the first time that Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will start against his former team.
Easily, Vick will have a major night. He's on pace to rush for another 97 yards, as he did against the St. Louis Rams in Week 1.
Though he completed just 44 percent of his passes last week, his numbers will likely increase, considering the number of big-play targets on the Eagles' offense. If they can get Jeremy Maclin back into a featured position in the passing game, Vick's stat line will improve significantly.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
A good passing day for Vick means a good stats day for wide receiver DeSean Jackson, and it seems probable that will happen tonight. The Falcons gave up 312 passing yards to the Bears in their Week 1 loss, and they won't fare much better against the more explosive Eagles.
The Atlanta defense needs to bring the pressure on Vick if they hope to contain him. It's a difficult task for any defense, and Atlanta will struggle with it tonight.
However, on offense, the Falcons have a terrific asset tonight in running back Michael Turner. Turner, who rushed for 100 yards last week against the Bears, will have an advantage tonight against the Eagles' poor run defense.
As long as the game doesn't get too far out of hand, Atlanta can utilize Turner to great success tonight. He can easily go above 100 yards on the night.
Another back who can gain major yardage tonight is the Eagles' LeSean McCoy. McCoy had 122 rushing yards and a touchdown last week, with another score in one of his two receptions.
With so many weapons on the field for both teams' offenses tonight, look for a high-scoring, high-yardage affair that will go down to the final minutes.
