Roy Williams Injury: Which Bears WRs Will See Increased Fantasy Football Value?
Now that Chicago Bears wide receiver Roy Williams is out for today's game against the New Orleans Saints, Johnny Knox and Devin Hester will have to step in. And they should do so in impressive fashion.
Williams, considered the starting receiver for the Bears, has yet to impress. Last week, he had just four receptions for 55 yards, though his quarterback Jay Cutler threw for 312.
He is soon to be overtaken by Knox as the starter, in my opinion, and because of that and his current injury, Williams' fantasy stock is quickly diminishing to a do-not-own status.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Hester has been slow to pick up the passing game, partially due to offensive coordinator Mike Martz's complex system. But, so far this season, he's shown incredible improvement, with three receptions for 60 yards last week.
Knox also caught three balls last week for 60 yards and should get significantly more looks this week with Williams out.
In terms of Bears receivers with fantasy value, both Knox and Hester are rapidly moving up the board, while Williams is in a free fall. Those with Williams this week should pick up and start Knox in his stead, especially those with a thin bench.
If you do this, you will be rewarded with a high-value wide receiver with significantly lower risk than Williams in the long term.
The Roy Williams experiment keeps showing signs of failure in Chicago; that he's off the field today doesn't make his future look much brighter. While he will play again this season, to be sure, he shouldn't start for your fantasy team from this week on.
