Manchester United vs. Chelsea: Blues Exposed in First Tough Match Against Man U
Andre Villas-Boas’ Chelsea squad is currently failing their first real test of the season in a Premiership match against Manchester United.
Most of the blame was going to fall on Fernando Torres' shoulders until he made a key 46th minute strike against the Red Devils to prove he belongs. He earlier misfired a strike wide on a gift from Manchester United's Anderson, but this is adequate redemption.
Torres has just one other goal since joining the Blues from Liverpool in a £50 million deal last January.

While that is a lot of money, if he can continue to score big goals against the toughest of opponents in the Premiership, he should stick with the squad through the next transfer window.
Still, the Blues are going to have to do something if they cannot put up a fight in the first halves of big games against their biggest rival.
Manchester United scored three unanswered goals in the first half and pretty much put the game out of reach right then.
It simply exposed a weak Chelsea side for who they really are. While Chelsea is undefeated so far on the season, they have been less than impressive, including having opened their campaign with a draw against Stoke City.
Their new Portuguese boss seems ill-prepared for English football after making the jump from Porto. Villas-Boas is also having trouble holding onto some of the star players for the team.
Nicolas Anelka's time with the Blues is all but done and Didier Drogba is refusing to speak regarding his future with the club.
His real failure is being unable to get Fernando Torres to step up and play at top form for his side. If he cannot get Torres to consistently find the back of the net, it will be a long season for the tandem.
Credit the Red Devils for finally exposing the Chelsea Blues for who they really are: a mediocre football squad with a lot of question marks.
