NFL Predictions Week 2: Which QBs Will Record Strongest Performances?
It will be very difficult for anyone to top Tom Brady's 511 yard performance, on Monday night. However, expect several quarterbacks to have big-time performances. The quarterback's performance cannot always be measured by passing yards and touchdowns. Sometimes, a well managed game with no mistakes could be seen as a great performance. Here are a few quarterbacks I expect to impress in Week 2.
Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers need to erase the memory of their opening day loss. Roethlisberger threw three interceptions and was a big reason for the loss. He will likely come out firing, against the Seahawks poor pass defense. Pittsburgh will want to rebuild the confidence of their passing offense, so expect some plays down the field.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
This is going to be a breakout season for the Detroit Lions and Matthew Stafford. Stafford has shown glimpses of greatness, but health has prevented him from succeeding. However, Stafford is healthy, surrounded with talent, and ready to put up big numbers. Today he takes on a Chiefs secondary that is without safety Eric Berry. The Chiefs also had a hard time stopping the Bills passing attack, and the Lions attack is more potent.
All offseason, everyone was questioning the decision making of Mike Shanahan. However, after a Week 1 victory, the Redskins look better than expected. Rex Grossman had a very good day passing for over 300 yards, while leading Washington to a victory. I am not sold on Grossman, but he has a favorable matchup this week against the Arizona Cardinals. Last week, the Cardinals allowed rookie Cam Newton to pass for 422 yards and two touchdowns.
Aaron Rodgers will be a top performer regardless of the weekly matchup. However, this week he faces a below average Carolina Panthers secondary. The Panthers will have a tough time matching up against the Packers weapons, expect Rodgers to exploit the many mismatches.
