Week 2 Fantasy Football Projections: 3 Players Who Won't Replicate Week 1 Play
Don’t be fooled, fantasy fans.
Like a movie with a great opening scene that ends up being the best part of the movie, there are players around the NFL that have already had their best game of the year.
For whatever reason, their Week 1 performance exceeded your wildest dreams. Now it’s time to get back to reality.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Here are three guys that will be non-factors from here on out.
Doug Baldwin (WR), Seattle Seahawks
The rookie hauled in four passes for 83 yards on Sunday, good enough to be the team leader. The big play was a 55-yard bomb that went for a TD.
The undrafted free-agent rookie was the beneficiary of multiple injuries to the Seahawks. Sidney Rice was inactive but won’t be missing much time at all. Ben Obomanu was injured during the game and is expected to be at full strength next week.
Don’t forget Tarvaris Jackson is his QB.
Randall Cobb (WR), Green Bay Packers
Week 1 was a once-in-a-lifetime performance for Cobb.
Not only did he catch a TD pass in route to 35 yards receiving, he also returned a kickoff return for another TD.
There is absolutely no way he can keep up this pace. The amount of receivers ahead of him in the lineup is ridiculous and the Packers coaching staff is not going to make the knee-jerk decision to vault him up the depth chart.
The bottom line is that there are too many other weapons ahead of him to justify placing him on your team.
Ted Ginn (WR), San Francisco 49ers
This one is easy.
Ginn had two special teams TDs in the span of 59 seconds in one of the more incredible sequences in recent memory.
Yet he didn’t catch a single pass in the offense and Alex Smith is still his QB, something all 49ers fans were painfully reminded of on Sunday.
Ginn will have the occasional long TD, but it’s never consistent enough to garner a roster spot.
