2011 NFL Fantasy Football Week 2: Tight Ends Rankings and Projections

Sean E. DouglasSep 13, 2011

Jason Witten Vs. 49ers

The Cowboys had to play in a hostel environment against the Jets, but tight end Jason Witten had a great game with six catches for 110 yards. Look for Witten to have another strong game against the 49ers this week as the Cowboys should role to an easy win against a weak secondary.

Fred Davis Vs. Cardinals

With Davis going off for over 100 yards against the Giants, I’m sure the Redskins will continue to rest Chris Cooley’s knee for at least another week. The Cardinals have a re-worked secondary and they gave up over 400 yards passing to Cam Newton last week. Look for Davis to have another strong game as he continues to look like a breakout star this year.

Jimmy Graham Vs. Bears

The Bears had everything going against the Falcons at home but now they head on the road to deal with the Saints. This should be a good game for Jimmy Graham as veteran Tony Gonzalez had a good game against this crew last week. Look for the Saints to role up at least 35 points, as this week should look much different for Chicago on the road.
