My UFC 100 Card!

Sean SchimlingNov 22, 2008

We all know that UFC 100 is coming, but when? I think it'll be sometime in July/August, but who knows.

But my question is: What will the card look like? Will it be the biggest card ever? Will it feature five championship fights?

I originally thought they'd put all five titles on the line, but I know that's not realistic. So, below is my version of what the UFC 100 card should look like.

TOP NEWS

UFC 319: Du Plessis vs. Chimaev
Colts Jaguars Football

Total of Nine Fights.

Four Undercard/Five Main Card

Prediction is in (....)

Undercard

Dustin Hazelett Vs. Tony DeSouza 2

Give Hazelett a chance to beat the first man to beat him in the UFC. To add insult to injury, he lost by submission! Anyone who follows "McLovin" knows he has four submission victories in five wins inside the octagon.

Although he has lost twice, the other was by TKO. That was to Kos, and he won't fight on an undercard bout. (Hazelett Wins By Triangle Choke, Round Two)

Nate Quarry Vs. Pete Sell 3

With Nate Quarry winning both the previous bouts, this gives Pete Sell a last chance at redemption. Both of the previous fights were exciting, so this should be nothing less. Both men have improved since,so this would be a great under-card fight. (Sell Wins By TKO, Round Three)

Rob Emerson Vs. Corey Hill 2

They've fought before, but the outcome was controversial. This would be a second chance for Rob Emerson to prove himself. He's a tough dude, but Corey Hill is a freak. I believe this would go the distance, but it would be exciting as well. Both men have something to prove; this would give them the chance to do that. (Hill Wins By Unanimous Decision, Round Three)

Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou Vs. Houston Alexander

Sokoudjou is completely overhyped, and Houston Alexander is inconsistent, a perfect match. Alexander can KO people in an instant; he has great power and can use it effectively. Sokoudjou is an average all-around fighter, who was a stud in PFC. Both men have had struggles as of late and are seeking a big win. Here is their chance! (Sokoudjou Wins By TKO, Round Two)

Main Card

Rich Franklin Vs. Chuck Liddell

Franklin will probably lose his UFC 93 match with Dan Henderson, but Chuck Liddell will most certainly lose to Anderson Silva. So, both men will be coming of loses, which will make this match that more interesting.

Chuck Liddell, who is at the back end of his career, and Rich Franklin is trying to get into the 205 title picture. Both men will be going for broke, which makes for an exciting fight. (Liddell Wins Unanimous Decision Round Three)

Forrest Griffin Vs. Quinton Jackson

Both men will be fighting for a LHW title shot; the winner will get a shot at LHW champion. The LHW title will be decided on UFC 101. As you can see, I'm picking Rashad Evans to win in December.

I'm also picking Rampage to win. But the 205 showdown will be between Evans and Machida at UFC 101. This will be an exciting fight because many think Rampage won at UFC 86. (Jackson Wins By TKO, Round Three)

Kenny Florian Vs. B.J. Penn (Lightweight Title Bout)

This will be for the 155 gold! Florian, who has looked nothing short of amazing in his last five fights, will be taking on B.J. Penn for the title. I'm predicting that B.J. will lose at UFC 94, and this will be his first defense since.

This has fight of the night potential, but it also has that quick finish potential as well. So this fight will not go all five rounds, but it will be exciting. (B.J. Penn Wins By Rear Naked Choke, Round Two)

Frank Mir Vs. Gabriel Gonzaga

I'm predicting that Nog will win at UFC 92, so that would leave Frank Mir in limbo. But with Gonzaga winning at UFC 91, that leaves a show down. Mir, who is a ground specialist, will face Gonzaga, who has devastating stand up.

Mir has shown he has a chin; Napao will test it. The winner of this fight may get a shot at the winner of Lesnar/Nogueria. (Gonzaga Wins By Split Decision, Round Three)

(Main Event)

Anderson Silva Vs. Georges St. Pierre (Middleweight Championship)

I believe St. Pierre will accept a chance to fight for the 185 crown against the best P4P fighter in the world. I think this will meet the expectations of the fans. It will be a war, but for how long?

I have no clue; I'm just guessing with my prediction. This will be the super fight everyone has been waiting for! It will be the reason to buy UFC 100!

I would most likely crap my pants if this is actually the main event of UFC 100! St. Pierre and Silva both like to stand and trade. St. Pierre would test Anderson's chin, and Anderson would make St. Pierre work harder than ever before. (Silva Wins By TKO, Round Four)

Quick Notes

I got all my UFC 92 predictions out of the way, don't dwell on those.

I know some of these matches are a little far fetched...Oh well, it's not real!

IT'S MY UFC 100 CARD. I encourage everyone to make there own and debate it!

Enjoy!!!!!!!
