The Broncos finished 4-12, including a pair of blowout losses to the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders defeated the Broncos 59-14 in Denver last season.

The Raiders are trying to push themselves to their first season over .500 since 2002. Last year, Oakland finished 8-8 and a perfect 6-0 in the AFC West. The Raiders are 0-11 in their last 11 prime-time games.

I will cover the main talking points for each team at a later time; more importantly are the injury reports:

For the Visiting Raiders

TE Kevin Boss, S Mike Mitchell and WR Louis Murphy are out. WRs Derek Hagan and Chaz Schilens, LB Darryl Blackstock, RB Taiwan Jones and CBs Chris Johnson and DeMarcus Van Dyke are all probable and should play.

For the Hometown Broncos

DE Marcus Thomas, DT Ty Warren, LB D.J. Williams and WR Demaryius Thomas are out. Safeties David Bruton and Quinton Carter, DT Brodrick Bunkley, G Chris Kuper and WR Matt Willis are probable, and all participated in practice this week.
