NFL Injury Report: Sam Bradford's Hand Won't Impact St. Louis Ram's Fortunes
Things got worse for the Rams as their opener against the Eagles went on. The day's horrors hit their apex when QB Sam Bradford walked injured off the field and headed to the locker room.
The Rams tweeted that the injury was to a finger on his right hand; however, in a day of bad news, the Rams finally got a piece of good news. It came from Bradford himself.
Bradford apparently didn't feel the injury was serious. Bernie Miklasz tweeted this quote from Bradford:

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
"I don't see any way that I'm not going to be on that field (playing) next Monday."
Rams fans now at least have a little something to feel positive about after a rough day. St. Louis was dismantled by the Eagles 31-13. And that was after the Rams came riffling out of the gates. They stuffed the Eagles on their opening drive and then watched Steven Jackson scamper 47 yards for a touchdown on their very first play.
And that was as good as it got.
WR Danny Amendola dislocated his elbow and T Jason Smith suffered what is believed to be a high ankle sprain.
Back to the good news: Bradford should be on the field next week and that is most certainly good. He has a lot of work to do. Bradford never looked comfortable in this game. He was just 17/30 with 180 yards before leaving in the fourth quarter.
Bradford needs time to adapt to his new offense. Josh McDaniels instituted a new system and Bradford looked out of sorts.
