Vikings vs. Chargers: TV Info, Over/Under, Spread and Final Pregame Predictions
The Minnesota Vikings at +9 are a great play. They are going against a highly overrated San Diego Chargers team that might win, but certainly won’t cover.
The Vikings had a solid offseason and added a good quarterback who still has gas left in the tank in Donovan McNabb. They just paid Adrian Peterson a ridiculous amount of money and you know he is going to work his butt off to earn it.
While their defense is a little suspect, I can’t see them losing by more than two scores to the Chargers.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Chargers were the No. 1 offense and defense last season, but were the definition of a hit-or-miss team and were very inconsistent.
I predict that the Chargers win this game by a field goal or possibly a touchdown, but definitely not nine points. Let’s take a closer look at the lines.
TV Info: Local on Fox
Minnesota Vikings (+9) over SAN DIEGO CHARGERS
Look for the Vikings to go right into the teeth of the San Diego defense with Adrian Peterson. McNabb is a good enough quarterback to keep defenses honest and make them pay if they try to cheat up and stack the box against AP.
McNabb is a huge improvement over the aging and injured Brett Favre that led the team to a dismal season last year. I can see him keeping this game very close
Over/Under (43)
This is tough one, but I would go over. The Vikings have a very weak secondary and could give up a number of points to the prolific San Diego offensive attack through the air.
I would leave this alone, but if you need the action, definitely take the over.
Prediction
Chargers over Vikings, 28-21. The Vikings are going to lose but not by much. Taking them with the points is a great play and a safe one. I’d bet big that Phillip Rivers and company won’t take a commanding lead on the Vikings.
