Titans vs. Jaguars: TV Info, Over/Under, Spread and Final Pregame Prediction
While many will scoff at this game as boring or insignificant, this is the kind of matchup that breeds all-time great games.
The Tennessee Titans will be a surprise team in the AFC this year because of both the return of a satisfied Chris Johnson and the arrival of veteran quarterback Matt Hasselbeck.
The Jaguars on the other hand, have lost too many pieces on offense for the improvements on defense to be anything but futile additions.

As much as I think both offenses aren’t great, the Titans still have the most dangerous weapon in the NFL in Chris Johnson, and he will be looking to reward Tennessee for rewarding him with a fat contract. Jacksonville has stellar back Maurice Jones Drew, but his the lack of a passing game will cost him.
Spread: Jacksonville +1.5
Jacksonville should be getting more points than this, especially with the return of Chris Johnson to the team. The Jaguars cut ties with starting quarterback David Garrard, and their backup plan is mediocre at best.
Final Pregame Prediction: Tennessee Titans 27—Jacksonville Jaguars 16
The Titans defense and Jaguars offense are both terrible, so they really cancel each other out, but the real matchup to watch is the Tennessee offense and the Jacksonville defense.
The only way the Jaguars will have a chance will be if they can stifle the amazing Titan run game.
