World No. 1 Novak Djokovic Meets World No. 2 Rafael Nadal in 2011 US Open Final

The 2011 men's final will pit arguably the two best tennis players in the men's game right now against each other.

After a stunning finish in the men's semifinals, Novak Djokovic has advanced to the finals to take on No. 2 Rafael Nadal.

Djokovic was forced to rally from two sets down and fight off two match points before securing his spot in the 2011 US Open Final.

On the other hand, Nadal cruised through the first two sets against Andy Murray before dropping the third set. He was not going to allow Murray to get all the way back into the match, though, and came through with a fourth-set victory to advance to the final against Djokovic.

Nadal had not dropped a single set entering the match with Murray, and with only dropping one set, he will be a lot more fresh entering the final.

The US Open final will be a rematch of the Wimbledon final, which resulted in a Grand Slam title for Djokovic.

With only two losses this entire year, Djokovic is certainly the favorite, but Nadal has without a doubt played better tennis this tournament.

The men's singles final will air live on CBS on Monday, September 12th at 4 P.M. Eastern Time.

The match will also be available for live stream on the official website of the US Open
