US Open Tennis 2011: Thursday Schedule, Preview and Bracket Update

The rain has continued to pour on the East Coast the past few days and put a damper on the US Open. All the matches were suspended on Tuesday, and only three matches began on Thursday. Those matches didn't get far though as they were also suspended after just 20 minutes.

The US Open tried tried to get the women on the court for the night matches, but that was unsuccessful as well.

There is still some rain in the forecast for Thursday, but the hope is that they will be able to make up some matches today, in order to keep everything on track for the Saturday and Sunday finals.
