Kurt Angle: Personal Problems Will Only Be Magnified by Enabling Employer
After news broke yesterday that former WWE champion and current TNA Champion Kurt Angle was arrested for driving while intoxicated, reports broke today that Angle believes he was framed.
Kurt Angle has faced tough criticism since his time in the WWE for his use of performance-enhancing drugs and painkillers, and it was his substance abuse that sent him away from the WWE in shame.
Many feared that Angle would end up dead, but TNA Impact Wrestling took the troubled star in and got him the help he needed. Now that it's obvious Angle has issues by claiming the police were trying to make an example of him, the fear is that the problem will only get worse.

BS Meter on Shake-Ups to WWE SmackDown, AEW Plans For MJF and More Rumors
After cleaning his life up and making a career turnaround that could’ve been tragic, it looks like the Olympic gold medalist may have fallen off the wagon.
One reason he could be going back to his old ways is because of former WWE star and TNA co-founder Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett is now married to Angle’s ex-wife, who left Angle to be with Double J. That has to be awkward for all parties involved, and that kind of burden must weigh on the mind of the champion every time he has to step into the ring at TNA.
Angle is also contemplating one last run at making the United States Olympic team as a wrestler for the 2012 Olympics. Angle won gold in 1996 with a broken neck, but at 42 years old, it won’t be that easy this time around.
The biggest concern has to be the company Angle works for and the lack of help they will give their top star. Judging from the way TNA handled the drug addiction of Jeff Hardy, the company will enable Angle instead of insisting that he gets help.
Angle is the best thing that ever happened to TNA, and if they don’t get him help soon, they might lose their biggest asset.
