WWE: What Impact Will Kevin Nash Have on Tonight's Raw Supershow?

Tom Urtz Jr.Sep 5, 2011

Once again we have gone a full seven days without the action of Monday Night Raw. Today is Labor Day and WWE promoted tonight's action to the max with Triple H making his televised return to the ring for the first time since squaring off with The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 27.

On Tuesday, the WWE televised SmackDown live and one of the key moments of the night was the contract signing for "Night of Champions" that featured CM Punk and Triple H. There was a lot of talking and shots back and forth but the culmination of the signing is what everyone is talking about heading into this week.

Kevin Nash got physical with CM Punk and when Triple H attempted to scold Nash, the COO was pushed aside and Big Sexy left the ring. Has the relationship between Triple H and Nash grown old and torn?

Chances are that the exchange was a ploy by Creative to get the audience thinking about that instead of who sent the text message that screwed CM Punk in the first place. WWE.com has teased the return of the NWO and it could be easy to see that the two were working together all along.

However, what possible impact could Nash have tonight? We know Triple H has a match and CM Punk will most likely have a thing or two to say. Will Nash however get involved with the COO's match? Will CM Punk and Kevin Nash both get involved?

What is clear is this. The whole text gate scenario is starting to get buried quicker than the Anonymous Raw GM storyline. The focus has shifted to Triple H and CM Punk and less about Kevin Nash. It should be noted however that Kevin Nash has been added to the Raw roster page on WWE.com. This means he should be sticking around for a while but his capacity is unknown.

An angle as big as a return of the NWO wouldn't be wasted on a Monday Night Raw Supershow. Chances are that something like that could go down at Night of Champions. Odds are that Kevin Nash will continue to feud with CM Punk and will try to build up a concrete reason why he was removed from his match.

We all know that Nash wasn't medically cleared to perform at Night of Champions but knowing WWE, they will either openly admit it, or they will attempt to work this in to the storyline.

Monday Night Raw is only a few hours away. I am interested to see what Nash's impact will be tonight. What do you think Nash will do tonight? Will he interfere in Triple H's match, will he attempt to attack CM Punk or will he do something totally unexpected?
