WWE '12 News: 4 New Additions to the Roster
Hello folks!
Welcome to a little tidbit regarding the upcoming game WWE ’12. Last month, the whole roster was announced for the game—58 wrestlers in total—with Jerry Lawler announced as a DLC character.
Just recently, THQ have announced four additions to this roster—Daniel Bryan, The Road Warriors and Mr. McMahon.

Now, I am very happy with the additions—don’t get me wrong—but with only one of these additions being a current superstar when there is an abundance of legends already in the roster, this is just a little worrisome.
I hope they do not focus on legends too much in the 14 spots that remain on the website because I would like to see lower-card wrestlers added such as Tyler Reks, Trent Barreta and Hornswoggle...okay not Hornswoggle, but you get my point.
THQ seems to focus on the top superstars and the legends most. While this is quite understandable as it is what most people want, my gripe is the fact that they have done this with the previous games, leaving the mid-to-lower card practically unused, forcing people to put high-profile superstars at the start of their custom PPV events.
I am also hoping to see rising stars such as Jinder Mahal added to the roster, as I would love the possibilities regarding his character direction in my personal WWE Universe.
After a short analysis, it seems these four additions may be bigger news than I first thought.
What do you think? Are you happy The Road Warriors are confirmed? Are there any wrestlers you are hoping for?

I’ll be back when there is more news regarding WWE ’12!
