Fantasy Football Week 12 Rankings: Quarterbacks
This week, a familiar name returns to the top of the quarterback rankings. After a poor start to the season, it didn’t appear that Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning would be at the top any time this season, but with a favorable matchup against a weak San Diego Chargers' pass defense and much improved play, Manning is No. 1.
To see who challenged Manning for the top spot as well as the rest of the list, see our the Bruno Boys Fantasy Football Week 12 Quarterback Rankings below.

1. Peyton Manning (Indianapolis Colts) at San Diego
Not only does Manning have a favorable matchup against a San Diego secondary that is last in pass defense, but he’s been exceptional in his last three games. In those three games, Manning has thrown for seven touchdowns and no interceptions and gone over 240 yards each time.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It’s no coincidence that the three games were all Colts wins. Expect more of the same in this game.
Point Projection: 24 Points

2. Tony Romo (Dallas Cowboys) vs. San Francisco
So, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo came back from his pinkie injury with some sort of cast or special tape job on his pinkie and it appeared to affect him a bit last week.
Still, Romo was capable of leading the Cowboys to a come-from-behind win at Washington. San Francisco only plays well against inferior competition and is currently sporting the league’s 25th-ranked pass defense. Romo returns to fantasy studliness.
Point Projection: 22 Points
--------------------
3. Jay Cutler (Denver Broncos) vs. Oakland
Let’s give the Oakland Raiders a small bit of credit here, as the defense hasn’t completely thrown in the towel yet. The team ranks 12th in pass defense, but 23rd in points allowed. Expect a big game from Denver Broncos quarterback Jay Cutler. Cutler shredded the Raiders in the first week of the season for 300 yards and two touchdowns, all without favorite receiver Brandon Marshall.
Point Projection: 21 Points
--------------------
4. Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay Packers) at New Orleans
Last week, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was methodical in completing 23 of 30 passes for 227 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. This week he gets to go against a New Orleans defense that is 26th in passing yards allowed and 24th in points allowed. The good times continue for Rodgers and his owners.
Point Projection: 20 Points
--------------------
5. Drew Brees (New Orleans Saints) vs. Green Bay
If you haven’t guessed already, putting opponents Rodgers and Saints quarterback Drew Brees back-to-back on the rankings means we feel this game is going to become a high-scoring affair. Even the losing quarterback is going to put up some good stats in this one, though it would certainly help Brees’ cause if running back Reggie Bush was healthy enough to play.
Point Projection: 19 Points
--------------------
6. Eli Manning (New York Giants) at Arizona
In the last four weeks, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning has thrown seven touchdowns against three interceptions. Those numbers came against four of the toughest defenses in the league in Pittsburgh, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Baltimore. This week, he gets a more favorable matchup against an Arizona Cardinals defense that is giving up 210.0 passing yards per game and has allowed 19 passing TDs on the year.
Point Projection: 18 Points
--------------------
7. Kurt Warner (Arizona Cardinals) vs. New York Giants
It’s a good thing this game is at home for the Cardinals because otherwise quarterback Kurt Warner wouldn’t find himself in the top 10 this week. The thing is, Warner could play terrible, throw for 200 yards and one touchdown with three picks and still be an alright start in most leagues.
With Warner playing at MVP-caliber level this season, it’s doubtful he will play as poorly as the hypothetical stats we gave him in the previous sentence. That means he's a must start.
Point Projection: 18 Points
