The Rebels are just one win away to going to a bowl game after they scored the games final 13 points to come from behind to defeat Wyoming. UNLV again was playing with back up quarterback Mark Clausen had another turnover free game and threw for one touchdown pass.

Wyoming fell again to the turnover plague by having three in the game, and is the reason they lost. At least for Wyoming they stuck with one quarterback in Chris Stutzriem who had a touchdown and two picks in the game.

The Rams had two turnovers and still managed to dominate New Mexico this past weekend. CSU is also one win away from being bowl eligible as they play rival Wyoming next week.

Again leading the way for the Rams was running back Gattrell Johnson III who had 127 and a score in the route over the Lobos, this game provided the fifth year senior with his first 1,000 rushing in a season.

The yardage was pretty even for both schools, but UNM could not get any points on the board, the Rams used time of possession to be able to keep the ball away from the Lobos for a 10 minute advantage.

This game was closer then the score indicates, and Air Force was in control until when BYU scored a touchdown and then on the kick off the Falcons fumbled and gave the ball back to BYU who scored again to take take the lead and never give it up.

The difference in the game was that Air Force could not cover Austin Collie, who had another 100 yard receiving game, as well as Dennis Pitta who had 100 yards as well.

Both schools put up yards, but the Falcon secondary was unable to cover those players who all day beat the Air Force defense. BYU still remains a long shot for a BCS, because they need to beat Utah and get help.

The Utes came out and crushed San Diego State in route to their 11th win. The Utes did not run of the score 14 of the points came off of interception returns in the fourth quarter to really blow open the game.

Utah also had a productive offensive output with Brian Johnson tying a school record with five touchdown passes and 283 yards in the air. This was a blowout and a nice tuneup for the Holy War next weekend at Rice Eccles Stadium.
