(Dropped from ratings: No. 17 Tulsa)
The OCGR still has a ways to go before determining Number One and Number Two. Oklahoma-Texas Tech, Oklahoma-Oklahoma State, Penn State-Michigan State, Florida-Alabama, Utah-BYU, Missouri-Big 12 South Champ, and even the Citadel-Florida matchup will be help the OCGR with data.
The Citadel game will actually bring down Florida's rating due to a hit in schedule strength.
As was the deal with the OCGR, the conference strength ratings did not have much movement either. The Big 12 still holds a slight lead over the SEC.
