Week 11 NFL Review: A Strange Week Indeed!
The Tennessee Titans escaped a bad half of football to remain undefeated as they beat the Jacksonville Jags 23-14. The Jags had a 14-3 lead at the half but gave up three touchdowns in the second half to lose to Kerry Collins and the Titans. The Jags have a tough road to make the playoffs now at 4-6.
Philadelphia and Cincinnati played to a 13-13 tie. This was the first tie game in the NFL since 2002, when Atlanta tied Pittsburgh, 34-34. This hurts the Eagles' chance to make the playoffs, dropping them to 5-4-1.
The Steelers and the Chargers played a defensive battle, with Pittsburgh winning 11-10. This is the first time ever in the league the score has been 11-10. They have played over 16,500 games with this not ever happening! That's just weird!

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Denver cooled off the hot Atlanta Falcons, beating them 24-20 in Atlanta. Denver reached 6-4 and a two-game lead in the AFC West. The Falcons are also at 6-4 and have playoff hopes.
The resurgent Colts of Indianapolis took care of Houston for the second time this season, winning 33-27 and improving to 6-4 to keep their wild card hopes alive. Houston falls out of the playoff picture at 3-7.
Miami came back to beat Oakland in the final drive to also keep their playoff hopes alive at 6-4. Oakland is...well, 2-8.
The Giants continue their dominance of the NFC with a 30-10 victory over Baltimore. Baltimore is now one game behind the Steelers at 6-4. The Giants lead the NFC East at 9-1.
The Carolina Panthers reached 8-2 with a victory over the winless Lions. The last time Carolina was at 8-2, they played in the Super Bowl.
I had Green Bay to win after their loss last week in Minnesota. They held up their end of the bargain, beating Chicago easily 37-3. All teams not named the Lions are tied for the division lead at 5-5.
New Orleans had no trouble beating Kansas City in Arrowhead Stadium 30-20 to make it back to 5-5. Kansas City has only one win this season.
Tampa Bay played very stingy defense, holding Adrian Peterson to only 85 yards rushing as they won 19-13 to improve to 7-3. They should make a run for the division title or at least a wild card berth.
The 49ers finally played up to Mike Singletary's expectations, winning at home over the Rams 35-16. This game had no meaning, as both teams will not make the playoffs.
Arizona played well enough after a short week to beat Seattle 26-20 and move up to 7-3. That's a four-game division lead, and they should earn a home playoff game this season.
The Jets beat New England on Thursday night to improve to 7-3, while the Patriots fell to 6-4 and a tie with the [gulp!] Miami Dolphins in that division.
I am at 12-2-1 for the week. The Dallas Cowboys save their season with a win on Sunday night. I have predicted a win for Brady Quinn on Monday Night Football over the sliding Buffalo Bills.
This seasons totals are 99-58-1 for NFL Mikee. Go Dallas! Go Cleveland!
