Florida-South Carolina: They Have Not Seen a Defense Like This Yet?

The Florida Gators scored more points on a Steve Spurrier team than have ever been scored. It was a huge win for Tim Tebow and the next champions of college football.

Yes, I say next champions of college football.

The rest of this season is a formality as far as this reporter is concerned. It s 56-6 with the freshman quarterback in and all the coaches down out of the booth with six minutes to go in the game.

Since Tim Tebow made that speech saying they will give nothing less than 110 percent effort for the rest of the season, no truer words have ever been spoken. 180 points scored and about 60 scored on them? 

South Carolina had no answers for this team, and I doubt any one else will.

I know Bama fans will be up in arms, but you are pretenders to the throne. Your charade as a No. 1 team will be over soon, so enjoy it while you can.

Florida has a scrimmage next against The Citadel and then will finish their regular season against Florida State. No doubt that will be a win as well.

The Big 12 can bring all their quarterbacks and all their receivers with them. Oh, and they better combine all their defenses as well. No one will stop the Gators this college season.

I would like to see this Florida offense against the best defense in football, that being USC, but that will not happen. Man, USC must have nightmares about that one loss of theirs! 

Wah, wah, wah, all you want about the one loss. It happens to the best of teams occasionally. Ask USC!  Ask Penn State! Ask Texas and Oklahoma!

Soon you will be interviewing Nick Saban who will be telling you this is the best football team he has ever seen and wishing good luck to the defenseless Big 12 team that has the misfortune to play Florida in the Championship Game.

Texas Tech, Texas, or Oklahoma won't be able to keep up with this offense, while the speed and intensity of this defense will keep the scoring down from the opposition.

Florida will be the No. 1 team in football come January! Bank on it!
