Ray Rice Video: Watch Ravens' RB Channel His Inner Ray Lewis
As many people have already opined, there will never be another like Ray Lewis. But just for kicks, Ray Rice thought he would give it a shot.
I'm not sure how many people actually stuck around to watch the end of last night's contest between the Washington Redskins and the Baltimore Ravens, but it had a pretty exciting finish. Down 31-27, rookie quarterback Tyrod Taylor led the Ravens down the field and put them ahead with a touchdown pass that proved to be the game winner.
Calling the action was none other than Lewis, who had been nabbed for an interview by ESPN. And in the midst of the celebration, there came Rice. In the heat of the moment, he decided to pay tribute to Lewis' notorious pregame dance by busting out his own version of it.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
If you haven't already figured it out, you can watch a video of Rice's hijinks above (albeit in a clip that is admittedly low-quality). Feel free to help yourself to a laugh or two when you do.
Was it a worthy rendition of Lewis' own dance? Well, in my humble opinion, Rice's version was nowhere close to Lewis' in terms of quality. It is, after all, Lewis' dance, so he should do it better than anyone.
But relative to everyone else who has tried and failed to match Lewis' prowess (i.e. people like me), I have to say that Rice actually did well for himself. He seemed to at least have all the moves down, and I think you have to tip your cap to him for not embarrassing himself in front of the master. The spectacle did indeed seem to please Lewis.
So if I had to give it a grade—and I may as well—I guess I'd give Rice's dance a B-. Not great, but passable.
I will, however, give Rice's efforts during the game an A. He rushed for 72 yards on 13 carries, and found the end zone for the second week in a row.
Yeah, he's pretty good at stuff like that.
