WWE SmackDown Spoiler: Bret Hart Appearing but Why?

WWE is currently on a tour of Canada, so it only makes sense to have a Canadian hero such as Bret Hart appear backstage and say hello to his family/friends.

However, he is at the SmackDown tapings currently and WWE just let out a bombshell.

Bret Hart is the General Manager for the night and will be in charge.

That sure spices up SmackDown right before their Tuesday Special. Good for WWE to have the brains to cause a stir for the Blue Brand right before SuperSmackDown next week!

As to what he will do? Your guess is as good as mine.

WWE has already announced Mark Henry vs. Sheamus this week, so I can't imagine Bret getting involved too much there.

What I do see him doing is making Christian suffer a little bit. Yeah, he is from Canada too, but he is a heel right now and Christian is doing nothing right now.

Why not have Bret cut a promo (ouch!) and make Christian vs. Orton one last time tonight (Friday)!

Finish the burial plot at the local cemetery for Christian and let Orton punt him in the head? That'll make the "Christian Crew" very happy on the Internet.

Other than that, let Bret cut a backstage promo on Tyson Kidd or Natayla (Canada will love that) or something to that effect.

Nothing major. Just a nice little pop for SmackDown as it gears up for a big show next week where they will need all the buzz they can get.
