Boise State Football 2011: Boise to Face Georgia in Season Opener
If you haven't heard of Kellen Moore, you must live with those lost tribes in the Amazon jungle. Boise State fans remember when the talking heads used to call the Boise State Broncos a "fly in the ointment."
This fly has gotten pretty big.
I remember when Jared Zabransky went down and lost to the Bulldogs. We all remember that. It was a frustrating game to watch because those of us that had watched Boise knew he did not play his best game.
Attention Bulldogs, Zabransky has left the building. If Georgia fans are expecting a repeat of that game, it's not happening.
Moore had an astounding 3,845 yards last season with 35 touchdowns and only six interceptions. The Broncos were second in overall defense and second in overall offense. They will be ready to play the Bulldogs.
But Georgia can move the ball. Sophomore Aaron Murray had over 3,000 yards last season as well with 24 touchdowns and only eight interceptions. The Bulldogs were 6-7 and were respectable on both sides of the ball. Georgia finished 30th in total offense and 36th in total defense.
That won't be quite good enough against the Broncos.
I look for Boise to win this one, 28-17
