Jose Mourinho Should Be 'Sorry' for the Real Madrid and Barcelona Fight?
There is no doubt that the brawl between Real Madrid and Barcelona in their Spanish Super Cup clash dominated headlines about the match. After letting tempers calm, it would seem that a few individuals have come out to stir things up yet again, and it is no surprise that Jose Mourinho is one of those personalities.
In a report on Goal.com a spokesperson for Jose Mourinho claimed that the Portuguese tactician will not apologise for taking part in the fight that ultimately broke out.
Mourinho's spokesperson said, "Jose will not say sorry and he is determined to defend Real Madrid."

There is no doubt that Mourinho was involved in the altercation, even going on to physically provoke a reaction from the Barcelona camp. He received much criticism for his actions in the Spanish media, some even claiming perhaps Mourinho should step down. Yet, it would seem that he and Madrid are having nothing of it.
Personally, I believe that Mourinho does indeed have a case to answer for. His antics during the closing instances of the Barcelona clash are by no means excusable. For what it is worth an apology would go a long way to mending many of the torn relationships that have arose out of the second-leg Super Cup clash.
The fiery end to the tie has somewhat become a norm in recent El Classico ties. There was the sending off of Pepe last season, the Ramos incident and ever present comments in the media.
However, maybe this trend needs to be brought down a notch. Yes, rivalry is good, in fact it is fantastic. However, a line needs to be drawn, at that rate things are proceeding in the Real Madrid vs. Barcelona games, it is only a matter of time before somebody gets severely injured.
Real Madrid went on to lose the game, and with the next El Classico months away expect massive anticipation to surround kickoff. Let us just hope the football played is what everyone will be talking about this time round.
What do you think about the scenes from the recent El Classicos?
