5 Terrell Owens Highlights That Best Advertise the Free Agent WR
It's no secret that Terrell Owens has been somewhat of a menace to the pro football society off the field.
However, it's also no secret that he's been a menace to defensive coordinators and defensive backs, while on the field.
And for the teams who have yet to consider him, because they are well aware of his baggage, maybe the following highlights will entice you otherwise.
Owens has been a consistent on-field performer his whole career, and if a team needs a stud WR, he should, at the very least, be considered.

The Catch II
1 of 5For anyone who grew up throughout the 1990's, there may not have been a better playoff TD catch.
Given the circumstances, and the situation, it's arguably the best of his career.
For one, he had dropped three passes earlier in the game, and this came within the final seconds.
Secondly, the 49ers had a lot of trouble defeating the Packers in the post-season during this decade, so it's no surprise that this game was a barn-burner.
And finally, Steve Young still had Jerry Rice as an option, but there may have been some subtle divine intervention as Young dropped back in the pocket.
Still Makes It Look Easy
2 of 5Here's two quick highlights.
The first one comes against the Browns, and the other is against the Buccaneers.
Now although this is not Owens going 98 yards, he still makes burning a DB look really, really easy.
98 Yard Catch and Run
3 of 5Just more proof that Terrell Owens still has speed, and can outrun pretty much anybody.
His QB was also Ryan Fitzpatrick, who as we all know, is not Steve Young.
In any event, it's only more evidence as to why someone should take a shot with signing T.O.
On-Field Awareness
4 of 5Right after he catches the ball, Terrell Owens smashes into a security guard.
So, some minor humor.
Not saying that Owens could have avoided him, but he was in the midst of just catching a TD, while keeping possession and getting both feet down.
Proves that his field awareness of the pylon, and the out-of-bounds is still intact while trying to catch a pass.
Can You Imagine If T.O. Was in Philly Now?
5 of 5His first play as a Philadelphia Eagle went for an 81-yard TD strike.
Kind of ironic, as his number is 81, and it just so happen to be his first play in Philly.
Also, that was the last time the Eagles were in the Super Bowl.
They went to four consecutive NFC Championship games (2001-04), but which year did they get over the hump?
2004, when T.O. came aboard.
