How did Week 10 go for you? Did you survive the bye week?
I’m in six leagues so I’ll recap each one.
KFFL Analysis League - Jamal Lewis and Matt Prater got me off to a decent start on Thursday. Jay Cutler butchered me. Willis McGahee and Kevin Smith tried to finish me off, but Matt Cassel, Maurice Jones-Drew, and my opponent leaving Ladell Betts, Jason Witten, and Dallas D in his lineup let me win. If you sign up to do a league, do it. Don’t be a Quitter.
Record: 5-5
Cage Match League (The Legend vs. Awesome) - Awesome woke up from his nap, but some of his players (Aaron Rodgers and CHI D) didn’t. Boldin and Gore did their best on Monday. Meanwhile I threw Drew Brees, Adrian Peterson, and Carolina D at him so I won despite getting little to nothing from Brian Westbrook, Greg Jennings, Steve Smith, and Chris Johnson.
Record: 7-3
LEV League - Jay Cutler (second time) and Eddie Royal destroyed me. Braylon Edwards got me 1 stinky point. Sunday wasn’t much better as Michael Turner and Matt Forte took it to me. Reggie Wayne, Carolina D, and Ronnie Brown tried their best, but couldn’t do it all. Leaving Winslow on the bench didn’t help.
Record: 5-5
Fantasy Sports Depot League - Calvin Johnson and Ronnie Brown did OK for me. Maurice Jones-Drew did me in though. Both of us scored low. My biggest letdowns came from Randy Moss, Steve Slaton, and Aaron Rodgers.
Record: 4-6
My Keeper League - Kellen Winslow and Brandon Marshall started the pounding. Adrian Peterson did the rest. Oh, Roddy White, Michael Turner, and Colston joined in. Thomas Jones, Mewelde Moore, Carolina D, and Matt Ryan did their part. Owen Daniels, Rob Bironas (I hate Kickers), and Andre Johnson disappointed. I just can’t get it right in this league.
Record: 3-7
No Kicker League - Matt Forte, Colston, and Roddy White put me behind the 8 ball. Reggie Wayne was the only one to get going early. Slaton stunk. Kurt Warner and Fitz brought it home.
