WWE News: Former Diva Suing ECW's New Jack on Libel and Sex Photos

George NolanJun 7, 2018

One has to wonder if relationships between couples within professional wrestling can get just as over the top as Hollywood pairings, especially with the recent drama concerning John Morrison and Melina.

According to ProWrestling.Net and Orlando's Sun Sentinel, former WWE Diva Terri Runnels is suing her ex-lover, retired ECW star New Jack, for accusations of libel and is also trying to block him from sending out sexually explicit photos of her.

New Jack and Terri were dating for up to a year and a half starting in 2009 until they separated last month.

New Jack then started making accusations on his Facebook page, which are detailed from the Sun Sentinel article:

"

He then began posting comments on Facebook, accusing her of popping pain pills, drinking vodka and cranberry juice at 5:30 "EVERY MORNING!!" according to the suit. He's also accused her of exposing partners to sexually transmitted diseases, according to the suit.

New Jack said today that anything he's said or written on Facebook about Runnels is true. Someone else runs his Facebook page, he said, and other people may have written things there that are untrue, in particular, allegations about a sexually transmitted disease.

"

Terri is denying the drug and alcohol abuse coming from New Jack's claims.

In regards to the sex photos, New Jack claimed that Terri consented to them and had considered selling them, and may have sent them to a friend with no charge via cell phone.

Terri, in her suit, claimed that she consented only because she assumed the photos would be kept private and alleged that New Jack's claims were "untrue, malicious, outrageous and 'exceeded the bounds of civilized society.' "
