John Morrison in Deep Heat with WWE over Melina Situation

To those of you who were giddy over John Morrison's recent return to the WWE from injury, he is back to getting into more trouble with the company thanks to his girlfriend, former Diva Melina, who was recently released by the company.

According to WrestlingInc.com, the WWE hasn't been too thrilled with Morrison in the past few days as he had been inviting Melina to be on the road with him over the weekend to the company's Raw house shows.

Things got heated to the point where the WWE had to make sure security kept Melina barred from entering the backstage area of the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California for Monday's Raw event.

Reportedly, those within the company are infuriated with Melina's actions to the point where it could jeopardize any future opportunity she could have at returning to the company.

A WWE writer had this to say regarding Morrison's actions coming from WrestlingInc's info in the article:

"It would be one thing to come visit a few months down the line but to show up at the next shows after being released, it's a complete lack of understanding and respect. It sucks you are fired but you don't come see the boyfriend that dumped you the next day and you don't go to the office to hang out after getting your pink slip. She did that and made eyes roll. There were some worried she was going to physically cause a problem and with John facilitating that by having her there, well, you saw what happened on Raw."

You might recall earlier in the year that Morrison got in trouble for ripping on former WWE women's champion Trish Stratus as the WWE booked her to team with him in an inter-gender tag-team match at Wrestlemania 27 instead of Melina which led to him being pushed down the card.

Looks like John still has his mind in the gutter with worrying about his girlfriend instead of his job with the company.

The writer above also reported that John only has several months left on his current WWE contract. If John Morrison is going to care more about Melina than his current place in the company, then I wouldn't be too surprised if he gets kicked to the curb once his contract expires.
