Muhammed Ali and 15 Boxers Throughout History Who Could Cut It in WWE Wrestling
The boxing world has seen its share of larger-than-life personalities over the years, but only a select few could make the crossover into the WWE and the world of professional wrestling.
Not only is persona used to factor in who could make the crossover to the WWE, but also a unique life story, or just the ability to go to an all-out war and have a heart of a champion.
Here is Muhammed Ali and the rest of the 15 boxers that could have made a second career in the WWE—and what their WWE names would be.
Roberto Duran: The Brawler
1 of 15Roberto Duran was known for his all-out approach when he stepped into the ring.
One who was never afraid to get into an all out brawl, Duran would be known as "The Brawler" in the WWE, delighting the fans with his never give up attitude.
Being the only boxer in history to win a fight in five different decades ('60s, '70s, '80s, '90s and '00s) Duran would have no problem being a WWE superstar mainstay for as long as any wrestler has done it.
Lennox Lewis: The Professor
2 of 15Lennox Lewis was not only a great fighter, but he was a well spoken guy with an English accent, so everything that came out of his mouth seemed like it was smarter than it actually was.
Lewis' WWE persona would be "The Professor," banking on his articulate speech and his accent, he could take his opposing wrestler to school, verbally and physically in the same match.
I would see Lewis being a villain that you love to hate, making fun of the fans for their unmatched whit and would be a favorite to boo.
Hector Camacho: El Valiente

Camacho could be one of those wrestlers that always seems to be in the worst possible situation, but always finds a way to pull out a win.
Ricardo Mayorga: EL Gallito

Having the gift of gab is the perfect skill to have in the WWE. Being able to keep the crowd on the edge of its feet, waiting to hear what outlandish thing he would have to say next, Mayorga wold be known as "El Gallito," which means cocky in Spanish.
His cocky attitude would make him an instant villain in the WWE. Mayorga would eat up the negative vibes thrown his way and would feed off the energy to get the crowd riled up even more.
Billy Dib
5 of 15Billy Dib is an outspoken, charismatic Australian fighter who could make a splash in the WWE.
His current nickname, "Bily the Kid" would be a great one for him in the WWE, as he has the attributes that the original Billy the Kid did back in the western days.
He's confident, and has the talents to back it up. He is a loose cannon at times and bad decisions that come back to haunt him.
Dib would one of those Ambiguous characters that the fans aren't sure if they should boo him or cheer for him, but no matter what they would do, Dib would be a sure-shot star in the WWE.
George Foreman: Mr. Big
6 of 15George Foreman's crossover appeal has already been seen with his success as a boxing analyst and his Foreman Grill collection that have sold millions of units. So a jump into the WWE would be a feasible move.
Foreman's large stature would be an ideal attribute to his nickname, as "Mr. Big" would be a great name for Foreman.
Foreman's likeable personality would provide him with the platform to be a middle of the pack WWE superstar as he doesn't have the same amount of charisma that a Muhammed Ali has, but he has just enough to be a force in the wrestling world.
Kelly Pavlik: Blue Collar

Though his personality is not as big as the rest on this list, his quiet demeanor could be used in his favor, as they say he is just one to get the job done, no frills attached.

Leonard's ability to hype up his, and the fights he promotes would be something that would benefit him in the WWE. A fitting nickname for Leonard would be "The Mentor," as his incredible boxing knowledge benefits anyone willing to listen.
Of course Leonard would be a hero in the WWE and could also have a career in the WWE as a sidekick/promoter much like the mouth of the south Jimmy Hart.
Mike Tyson: Intimidator

Back in his prime, Tyson was the most feared boxer on the planet and could parlay that into a successful WWE career.
Tyson's nickname could be the "Intimidator" as he was a knockout machine during his heyday and would have the biggest of opponents visibly shaking before a fight with Iron Mike.
Tyson's off-the-wall personality in the latter portions of his career could also be infused into his character and make him one of the villains you actually want to root for because you know he could take out anyone at any given time.

Mayweather could become this generation's Ted DiBiase and be known simply as "Money," flaunting his cash to opponents and fans alike on his way to being in of the most jeered villains in the WWE.
His finishing move could be some kind of punch combination, ending with Mayweather making it "rain" cash on his downed opponent to to add insult to injury.
Muhammed Ali: Sting

The self-proclaimed greatest, Ali's mouth was just as active as his fist were before, during and after fights.
As Ali once said, he floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee. It is a great nickname that has already been taken in the world of professional wrestling, but Ali would assume the role the nickname "Sting."
Ali's larger-than-life personality would skyrocket him to the top of the WWE, making him an instant superstar in the sport.
